TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF WEB MARKETING SERVICES BY DIGIEGG MARKETING AGENCY.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, including but not limited to Website Designing, Google Ads Services, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Management, Content Writing, and Graphic Designing. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

  1. Services Offered

Digiegg Marketing Agency provides a range of marketing services as mentioned above. We will execute these services based on the agreed-upon scope and specifications, as outlined in our service agreement or proposal.

  1. Client Responsibilities

    (a) To facilitate the provision of services, clients must provide accurate and timely information required for project completion.
    (b) Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all materials, designs, or content before publication or implementation.
  1. Fees and Payments

    Fees for services provided by Digiegg Marketing Agency will be as agreed upon in the service contract or proposal.

    Payments are due according to the terms specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.
  1. Intellectual Property

    All original work created by Digiegg Marketing Agency remains the intellectual property of Digiegg Marketing Agency until full payment has been received.

    Upon payment, the client retains ownership of the final deliverables outlined in the project scope. However, any preliminary or draft work remains the property of Digiegg Marketing Agency.
  1. Confidentiality

Both Digiegg Marketing Agency and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the project.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Digiegg Marketing Agency will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the services provided.

  1. Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within a specified period.

    Upon termination, all outstanding fees for services rendered must be paid.
  1. Amendments

Digiegg Marketing Agency reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
